Workflow

Job Site Survey

In order to know what kind of system would best meet your needs, our technicians will conduct a job site survey. Through speaking with you and assessing your location, we determine what kind of system would be most suitable to protect your home.

Planning

​

After our survey, we will provide you with a quotation package within three business days. A quotation usually includes:

 

  • Job site drawings

  • Job description and approximate working days

  • A list of equipment and prices

  • Post-installation service contracts

System installation and quality control

​

As soon as we agree to implement the system, one of our senior technicians will be assigned to supervise the project from day one, ensuring each technician follows our standards.

Post-installation services

​

We provide free system operation support by phone or on-site to ensure a smooth transition into using your new security system. All hardware is protected by a one-year warranty and one-year phone and on-site technical support.

After one year, we encourage our clients to sign up for a service contract. For a small annual fee, you can be rest assured that your system is supported by our expert technicians.
